Automatic steam belt cleaners – Jolly S2 models for smooth conveyor belts, Jolly D for modular conveyor belts

These models do not require the presence of an operator and can be used continuously during production. They are available for both smooth and modular conveyor belts. Jolly S2 is equipped with 2 washing chambers:

the first that combines steam and water for the removal of visible contamination, the second of steam only for sanitization.

The suction on both chambers allows to leave a perfectly dry conveyor belt. Two obvious advantages are:

  • eliminate time and personnel costs for cleaning the conveyor belt;
  • having a conveyor belt that is always sanitized during production, a decisive factor in providing your customers with a finished product of superior quality.
