Professional accessories for steam use

For the use of its saturated steam generators, REA STEAM CLEANING offers a range of accessories for washing, degreasing and sanitizing any surface to be used according to your needs.

Lances, brushes, scrapers, brushes with suction, floor washers and any type of tool can be made according to customer specifications. In fact, REA produces all its accessories internally in order to guarantee a high quality standard and vast customization.

The tools that include suction are combined with a range of vacuum cleaners designed to withstand high temperatures.

Giove NG systems integrate all the functions of the washing cycle and interface with the customer’s production line. They are very easy to fit into any work environment because of their small size. REA will take care, as for all its stationary washing, degreasing and sanitizing systems, to arrange the various components in the available space.

Giove NG control units allow you to manage from 15 to over 1000 kg of steam / hour with pressures between 4 and 12 bars.

Handles and steam pipes

Digital handle

Each selected program will only be activated by pressing the red button located on the underside of the handle, therefore simply selecting any program does not activate the steam (and other fluids) until the red button is pressed. The only program that is an exception is program “0” which is used to put the generator on hold (no active program).

List of programs that can be activated from the handle:
0 = no function active
1 = S (steam)
2 = S + D (steam + detergent)
3 = S + A (steam + water)
4 = S + D + Su (steam + detergent + suction)
5 = S + Su (steam + suction)
6 = Su (suction)

Standard analog handle

To activate the steam, simply press the trigger of the gun. By pressing the red button located above the gun, the steam + detergent mixture will be activated.
