REA’s automatic in-line steam cleaning system is designed to remove drawing oils, coolants, metallic dust, and other machining residues from pipes and extruded profiles in a continuous production process.
Using high-pressure saturated dry steam, the system cleans the entire 360° surface of each tube as it passes through the washing chamber on motorized drive rollers. The thermal energy of the steam dissolves contaminants while instantly evaporating moisture, allowing the tube to exit clean, degreased, and completely dry.
